| * Coordinating of annual, quarterly and monthly target process with HQ and regional production sites for our quality targets * Ensuring alignment and derivation of annual site-specific quality objectives from company targets and translate them into tangible strategic quality goals, OKRs and KPIs * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track the quality performance (QM, product, supplier, operational quality) of PowerCo * Providing regular performance updates and insights and set up a holistic monitoring framework in collaboration with our digitalization team * Active part of project teams and internal taskforces at HQ and regional plant sites to drive our approach as data-driven company |
