| * Lead technical feasibility studies in cell electrolyte injection, formation and aging, and support the ramp-up of B- and C-sample production * Manage the transfer of product specifications to process feasibility * Formulate detailed technical requirements and specifications for intermediate products within the cell electrolyte injection to aging processes * Prepare product/process gap analysis and risk analysis (DFM/NPI) * Utilize historical data to analyze issues, work with experts to develop solutions, and present findings to ensure alignment with operational goals * Represent development in all necessary project committees related to the interface between development and production |
