| * Leading the sample phase and maintaining, updating and optimizing the portfolio from nomination to End Of Service (EOS) * Controlling and steering all (PowerCo internal or customer requested) changes of the portfolio * Aligning all changes in a multi-project view (optimization of products and processes in the series across all platforms, projects/cells and plants) * Managing and maintaining all mutual data and information, based on a close collaboration with Change Management and Sales Management * Leading internal feasibility studies of new products or new requirement requests * Preparing and reporting the feasibility assessment results to management for decision-making |
