In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management. |

| * Acting as the Business Owner for IT quality systems, driving their strategic development and ensuring they meet business requirements from Quality * Collaborating closely with stakeholders from Quality, Production, Digitalisation and IT to identify and capture business needs, translate them into system requirements (user stories), and ensure their successful implementation * Organizing and leading steering committees to align cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and monitor progress on system development and operations * Develop a deep understanding of business processes and ensure IT systems are optimized to support them effectively and efficiently * Overseeing and coordinating the implementation of IT solutions, including managing timelines, budgets and resources in close collaboration with technical teams and the management * Leading the organization of functional support for the operation and continuous improvement of IT quality systems, ensuring high availability and performance * Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) * Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive the continuous optimization of processes and technologies * Providing thought leadership and expertise in IT system integration and process digitization |

| * A university degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Quality Management or comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience in IT systems for quality management, ideally with a focus on MES, CAQ, or LIMS * Proven track record of capturing and translating business requirements into functional IT system solutions * Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and at all organizational levels * Experience in managing the functional aspects of IT system operations, including user support, issue resolution and continuous improvement * Strong communication skills, fluency in English (German as plus) |
