•Bachelor’s degree in engineering
•Training as a Safety Specialist in accordance with ASiG
•Practical experience in occupational health and safety
•Basic knowledge of occupational safety management systems
•Interest in safety-related processes
•Strong communication skills
•Willingness to learn
•Structured working style
•Ability to work independently
•Sensitivity
•Perseverance
•Persuasiveness
•Confident in dealing with stakeholders up to Group Directors
•Excellent German skills (spoken and written)

•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
•Participate in occupational safety committee meetings
