- •Coordinate cross-functional teams through the Own Brand process
- •Harmonize product range with country subsidiaries
- •Monitor supplier production capacity and coverage rate
- •Check e-sourcing status and report database
- •Negotiate global service contracts with strategic suppliers
- •Drive joint business growth through incremental investments
- •Maximize implementation of agreed services in line with value creation plans
- •Analyze and compare RFQ inputs from suppliers
- •Negotiate the best quality/price ratio
- •Execute performance review meetings with strategic suppliers
- •Review key performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting
