**Your Team**
In the Value Management & Analytics team, we used data-driven insights, personalized campaigns and strategic pricing to continuously increase the lifetime value of our existing B2C customers - strengthening customer loyalty, reducing churn and driving Magenta's growth.
* Analyze customer needs and segment existing customers to develop targeted customer retention measures.
* Plan and implement BTL campaigns that are individually tailored to different customer segments and increase their engagement.
* Monitor and evaluate the success of your campaigns, analyze performance data and continuously optimize strategies.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of customer loyalty measures.
* Use data-driven insights to develop personalized customer approaches and innovative in-life management strategies
* You have several years of experience in a similar position as well as in agile management and have strong data and analytical skills?
* You are a strong communicator, work collaboratively in a team and make sound decisions through analytical thinking and problem-solving skills?
* You have experience in commercial pricing & revenue management and are business fluent in German and English?
