Anforderungen
- •PhD or Postdoctoral Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- •Proven expertise in AI & Machine Learning, Digital Twins, Simulation-based Design, Data Science, or High-Performance Computing
- •Strong hands-on experience with applied research, algorithm development, and engineering applications
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on real-world impact
- •Experience collaborating with academic and industrial partners in R&D environments
- •Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
- •Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and implement advanced methods, tools, and algorithms in AI, simulation, optimization, or data analytics
- •Contribute to R&D projects from concept to implementation, ensuring technical excellence and relevance
- •Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and industry partners to translate novel concepts into scalable solutions
- •Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into ongoing projects
- •Provide technical leadership and mentorship within interdisciplinary teams
- •Support proposal preparation and represent the technical perspective in project acquisition and presentations
- •Present work at international conferences, workshops, and client meetings
- •Ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in all deliverables
