Anforderungen
- •Ability to assess manufacturability from a designer’s perspective
- •Experience with micromanufacturing or integrating design for small metal and plastic parts
- •Completion of a technical or scientific course of study
- •Strong knowledge of working with CAD systems
- •Experience in product development and/or design of safety-critical products
- •Experience working with the development of Medical Devices or other highly regulated industries
- •Relevant experience in the design of mechanical and plastic components for high volumes
- •Professional level of written and spoken English
- •Strong team and communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Identify user needs and design specifications during project start-up
- •Influence significant development projects in a mechanical design or lead role
- •Develop and improve mechanical design solutions for components and assemblies
- •Optimize existing designs for Ambu's product portfolio in endoscopy, anesthesiology, and patient monitoring
- •Design and construct functionalities, parts, and assemblies with a focus on quality
- •Translate technology concepts into working prototypes for feasibility testing
- •Ensure manufacturability of components or products within cost frameworks
- •Maintain updated documentation in compliance with FDA and ISO regulations
- •Conduct FMEA's, risk assessments, and tolerance analyses
- •Foster collaboration with internal and external partners in international teams
