Anforderungen
- •Broad set of quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills
- •Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- •Intellectual curiosity and discipline
- •Deep knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial modelling, valuation techniques
- •Excellent commercial understanding and ability to assess business models
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- •University degree in business administration, economics, or similar field
- •Study focus in Finance, Accounting, or Strategic Management
- •Excellent academic performance
- •Practical experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Strategy Consulting
- •Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
- •Excellent knowledge of German and English, additional language is a plus

- •Conduct commercial and financial analysis of business models
- •Perform market analysis to identify and assess investment opportunities
- •Create financial models for business planning and valuation assignments
- •Assist senior investment professionals with due diligence processes
- •Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and legal documents
- •Contribute to the entire transaction process from decision to closing
- •Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives
