Anforderungen
- •3-4 years professional experience or minimum 2 years transferable recruiting experience
- •Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- •Adeptness in professional communications
- •Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and candidates
- •Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting or related fields
- •Experience targeting candidates and conducting market research
- •Proven success managing multiple projects
- •Experience identifying market trends

- •Support Consultants in developing position specifications
- •Assist in creating focused search strategies
- •Prepare business development and candidate assessment documents

- •Obtain referrals and collect market intelligence
- •Assist in conducting in-depth candidate interviews
- •Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
- •Keep Consultants updated on candidate progress
- •Develop productive relationships with stakeholders
- •Foster a collaborative team environment
- •Act as a culture carrier within the firm
- •Demonstrate self-awareness and empathy in the workplace
- •Maintain accuracy and integrity of Search information
- •Prepare status and client-ready reports for presentations
- •Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
- •Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics
- •Persist through challenges and stay motivated
