Anforderungen

•15+ years of professional experience
•10+ years of leadership in Automotive or Tech sector
•Field-tested expertise in ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29
•Strategic understanding of (Gen)AI, Digital Twins, OTA systems
•Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale teams
•Experience in influencing executive stakeholders
•Completed Executive Education Programs in change management
•Experience with scaling AI in regulated environments
•Published contributions to international standards
•Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
•Willingness to travel up to 20%

•Lead a global team in Product Trust, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity
•Own the global strategy and governance for Functional Safety and Cybersecurity
•Transform SBU towards cost-effective compliance and digitalized risk governance
•Define enterprise-wide standards and compliance automation frameworks
•Institutionalize trust-by-design in delivery and development processes
•Collaborate with CoE Engineering Excellence and Divisional AI Labs
•Enable OEM programs to achieve ready-to-certify status
•Guide product teams on compliance for AI, OTA, SDVs, and automated driving
•Serve as the global voice of HARMAN Automotive in customer engagements
•Drive co-creation of standards and certification pathways for Automotive AI
