Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the marketing and event manager in developing innovative marketing and event solutions
- •Plan, organize, and execute various aspects of events from concept to delivery
- •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers for efficient event operations
- •Manage and maintain event budgets, negotiating contracts and fees with vendors
- •Create social media and email campaigns to enhance event exposure
- •Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
- •Update products for the Isar Online Shop as needed
- •Stay informed on industry trends and provide relevant recommendations
- •Coordinate post-event evaluations and suggest improvements for future events
- •Maintain and leverage the internal customer database to streamline processes
- •Assist the Chief Commercial Officer with specific client and event tasks
