Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in SHE-related field or Master’s degree preferred
•10+ years in SHE leadership including 5+ years in multinational, multi-site operations
•Proven success with ISO 45001/14001 systems and cultural transformation
•Strong knowledge of European SHE legislation and international standards
•Experience leading dispersed teams and managing budgets
•Willingness to travel up to 30% across Europe
