At G+D Currency Technology, Region EU and LATAM in the department Regional Sales, we are looking for a Europe Regional Sales Manager for Central Banks/Printworks (m/f/d).
In this position you are responsible of all sales activities within the Central Bank and Printworks market in the defined countries. You continuously aim to identify new sales opportunities and business in the sector, by managing all customers and key accounts.
## Your responsibilities:
* Complex regional sales activities for CB/PW by performing the sales with customers and key accounts
* Strong and dynamic steering of Currency Products and Services sales within EU sales region in coordination with the Head of Sales – Central Banks/Printworks
* Management of key accounts to ensure continuous contact with most relevant customers, building long-term partnerships
* Generation of leads through networking, identification for upselling potential in current customers as well as ensuring long-term partnerships with customers
* Translation of customer needs into concrete requirements with internal departments and customer involvement
* Management of transfer from pre-sales to sales phase
* Responsibility for perfoming deal negotiations and deal closing for solutions and maintenance contracts
* Accurate reporting of opportunities, status and forecast in Salesforce
* Develop an account strategy for a 3-5 years view
## Your skills:
* Ideally university degree (e.g. master degree, MBA, PhD, etc.) in engineering, consumer science or business or equivalent
* 3+ years overall sales experience, ideally within CB/PW or banking market or public sector
* Experience in Pipeline Development and Go-to-market planning and execution
* A pro-active result-driven self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Business fluent language skills in English. Additional language skills in French are preferred
* International work experience
* Willingness to travel extensively (average 50%) within the sales region
