•Minimum 4 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
•Strong backend expertise with Python, Odoo ORM, and clean code principles
•Solid understanding of Odoo 17 in multi-system environments
•Experience with BDD, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
•Comfortable working in pair programming sessions and integrating feedback

•Implement new features and fixes in Odoo v17 using pair programming
•Deliver against BDD acceptance criteria with the System Architect, Product Owners, and testers
•Take end-to-end ownership of development tasks, ensuring features are fully implemented, tested, and release-ready
•Contribute to test automation and CI/CD maturity, ensuring strong pipeline integration and avoiding regressions
•Support integration initiatives between Odoo and Salesforce, MuleSoft, and finance/payment flows
•Develop and adjust front-end components in Odoo, including Website and Portal modules, checkout, partner portal, and license management
•Actively share knowledge with the internal team to support continuity after the engagement
