**Your Role:**
We are carving out the Surface Solutions business as a standalone company, independent from us. As part of the new company, you will be the IT ERP Manager responsible for integrating and maintaining the ERP solutions end-to-end. In a first step, you will build a new green-field ERP platform. You will collaborate with the process owner organization and support testing, data migration, and go-live planning. You will apply strong project management.
After a successful implementation, you continue to own the ERP architecture as a scalable backbone of a growing company. You will support in defining detailed designs, approve detailed designs technically, and ensure business sign-off on functional requirements.
**Who you are:**
* First experience in ERP architecture and design.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems e.g., SAP S/4HANA.
* Strong project management competence.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to support testing, data migration, and go-live planning effectively.
* Technical Proficiency and familiarity understanding complex business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
* You act as the owner of the business.
**This role is subject to a transfer to GNMI with the business unit in August.**
