Anforderungen

•3-5 years of related experience
•In-depth functional knowledge and experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP – R12
•Implementation experience of large ERP applications with emphasis on supply chain modules and process flows
•Experience in implementing Oracle functions in Auto management, Procurement, Sales Management, Accounts Payable, and/or Accounts Receivable
•Experience in flows for Order to cash, Procure to Pay cycles
•Experience with Post Production Support
•Experience with Oracle WMS, Procurement, or PLM
•Prior experience integrating ERP applications with 3rd party tools
•Demonstrated proficiency authoring basic to complex queries in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL

Deine Aufgaben

•Support users in troubleshooting application and business process issues
•Analyze operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements
•Advise and instruct staff on development responsibilities
•Identify innovative solutions for technical development challenges
•Improve process flow and user documentation for Oracle modules
•Enhance user knowledge and competency in Oracle systems
•Collaborate with internal Oracle team experts to design and configure solutions
•Serve as a liaison between internal Oracle solutions and external customer requests
•Track and control projects for assigned modules or systems
•Manage development of new system functionality and upgrades
•Analyze and resolve day-to-day problems and issues
•Work independently with minimal guidance
•Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
•Contribute to process improvements
•Gather requirements by working with end users and business teams
•Coordinate technical activities across multiple groups
•Assist in ERP Applications Team activities with vendor and internal support
