- •Master degree in IT Management
- •Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation
- •Understanding of SAP landscape components
- •Experience in regulated Life Science environments
- •Previous IT leadership or deployment roles
- •Knowledge of SAP Activate and agile
- •Strong transversal leadership skills
- •Coaching mindset for IT resources

- •Ensure readiness for data migration
- •Validate adherence to SAP standards
- •Coordinate technical designs for integrations and extensions

- •Stabilize system performance after go-live
