Equity Investment Senior(m/w/x)

In this role, you will collaborate with a skilled team to assess financial planning and valuations for complex companies, ensuring quality in financial documents and compliance with Siemens standards while driving innovation in various sectors.

Anforderungen

• •University degree or equivalent experience in finance or business administration
• •At least 5 years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, venture or private equity finance, or advisory business with a focus on valuations
• •Credible know-how in accounting (IFRS and HGB), taxation, and planning/reporting/analysis activities
• •Active involvement in M&A and investment processes running transactions in equity or debt
• •Knowledge of the due diligence environment and valuation of investments
• •Very good knowledge of the financial services industry, capital markets, and fund industry
• •Affinity for digitization and competence to work in international teams
• •Proficient business English and excellent communication skills
