Anforderungen

•Degree in natural sciences or engineering, ideally with a focus on chemical process engineering, environmental protection, chemistry, biology, or comparable field
•Professional experience in the environmental sector (EHS/HSE) and familiarity with relevant legal requirements and regulations
•Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
•Good command of English (spoken and written) and solid PC skills (MS Office)
•Confident demeanor, commitment, solution-oriented approach, and assertiveness
•Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

Deine Aufgaben

•Assist in maintaining legal compliance and operational standards
•Maintain the management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001
•Support the review and optimization of environmentally relevant processes
•Prepare permit applications and notifications per the Federal Immission Control Act
•Collaborate with production areas, planning departments, suppliers, consultants, and authorities
•Prepare environmental statistics and required reports
•Conduct training sessions on operational environmental protection topics
