Anforderungen
- •7+ years of experience in IT architecture
- •At least 3 years in an enterprise architect role
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- •Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- •Expertise in defining enterprise target architecture, IT architecture principles, integration patterns, and technology lifecycle management
- •Proven knowledge and experience in the insurance industry, preferably within commercial insurance
- •Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- •Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities

- •Define and evolve target enterprise architecture for CI initiatives
- •Lead development and refinement of the CI IT Playbook
- •Establish architectural principles, standards, and decision frameworks
- •Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to create IT roadmaps
- •Act as a strategic advisor and change agent
- •Drive architecture governance and chair the Design Authority
- •Shape the strategic technology agenda proactively
- •Translate complex business needs into scalable architecture solutions
- •Develop and maintain reference architectures across application, data, and business domains
- •Align architectures with enterprise strategy and innovation priorities
- •Build and energize an architecture community across Zurich Commercial Insurance Units
- •Foster alignment, innovation, and knowledge sharing
- •Guide and mentor solution architects for strategic intent
- •Ensure architectural deliverables reflect enterprise-wide consistency
- •Own and manage architecture artefacts as living assets
- •Support decision-making, governance, and transformation
- •Scout emerging technologies and assess their strategic relevance
- •Champion innovation and future-readiness across CI
