Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Solid-State Physics, or a related field
- •Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronics circuit design
- •At least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role focused on power semiconductor applications
- •Deep understanding of power semiconductor device physics and characterization techniques
- •Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- •Strong project management skills with experience in methodologies and tools
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- •Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering talent
- •Knowledge of quality management systems and reliability testing for semiconductor devices
