- •Design the Disputes API for automated handling
- •Make informed decisions while identifying technical risks
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunity areas
- •Influence decisions using persuasive, data-backed communication
- •Facilitate technical discussions and guide resolutions
- •Establish metrics and processes for operational excellence
- •Lead the team in a startup-like environment to learn and grow together
