- •Drive the design and architecture of frontend and backend solutions

- •Develop and drive the technology strategy in partnership with the Product Manager

- •Inspire, coach, and mentor engineers to develop their strengths
- •Work with stakeholders and customers to identify key opportunity areas
- •Set clear expectations and goals for the team

- •Identify technical risks and make informed decisions
- •Facilitate technical discussions and guide resolutions
- •Own operational excellence by establishing metrics and processes for improvement
