Anforderungen
- •Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- •8+ years of experience in data or software engineering roles, including 5+ years in engineering leadership
- •Proven track record in delivering and managing MDM solutions or other components of a Data Platform
- •Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Stibo STEP, Informatica), data modeling, data quality, and data governance
- •Solid experience with SQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), Kafka and cloud services like AWS Glue, Data Factory, Databricks
- •Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/DevOps environments, using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- •Strong technical and functional understanding of canonical models, microservices, and distributed data architectures
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- •Demonstrated ability to create a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence

- •Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams
- •Manage the implementation and support of the enterprise MDM hub
- •Design and implement scalable data models and business rules
- •Establish data quality standards in collaboration with governance teams
- •Champion engineering best practices, including code quality and testing
- •Oversee the implementation of a third-party MDM platform
- •Align engineering execution with business goals and roadmap priorities
- •Define and track KPIs for team performance and platform health
- •Ensure compliance with SDLC and enterprise architecture standards
- •Evaluate emerging technologies for applicability in the MDM ecosystem
- •Present insights and progress updates to executive leadership
- •Contribute to hiring and professional development of engineering talent
