- •Manage and develop a team of Cloud Site Reliability Engineers

- •Organize and prioritize business goals with the team and Product
- •Participate in the recruitment process for new team members
- •Collaborate with feature teams to identify performance bottlenecks
- •Lead the design and implementation of security best practices
- •Drive improvements in authentication, service, and storage using AWS technologies
- •Optimize services and CICD for security, scalability, reliability, cost, and performance
