- •At least 5-10 years of experience leading engineering teams
- •Clear and decisive communication style
- •7+ years of hands-on development experience
- •Proven experience in modern DevOps practices
- •Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- •Proficiency with GitLab, Kubernetes, Python, Typescript, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- •Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery pipeline
- •Genuine interest in industrial manufacturing and B2B SaaS
- •Strong preference for high expectations and high autonomy
- •Willingness to work on-site at least one day per week
