Original Beschreibung
To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our **Planning, Management & Evaluation** division a **(Sr.)** **Engineer for Planning & Coordination (M/F/D)**
* Lead HMETC strategical reports and VIP events (Internal/External)
* Manage bi-weekly company-wide reporting process
* Support HMETC management on ad-hoc requests, which involve a wide range of topics
* Coordinate HMETC-wide investment management (planning and follow-up)
* Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan
* Align with R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea) and HMG brand related regional headquarters
* Handle cross-functional team activities and exchange on complex topics
* Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration)
* Adapt HMETC strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses
* Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or related field desired
* MBA or master’s degree desired, but not required
* 5+ years of industry experience in R&D Strategy, Product Strategy, Product Planning, and/or Project Management, experience in Automotive preferred
* Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2
* Creative mindset as well as a problem-solving mentality
* Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
* Willingness to work in an international organization
* Good communication skills a must: verbal, written, presentation
* Proficient skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing, e.g. WebEx, MS Teams or similar
Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements
* Flexible, organized and able to work effectively with all levels of employees
* Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage, but not required
