## Job Description
* Planning and control of technical production specifications in the areas of cable production and adhesive technology
* Responsibility for relevant documents and processes (including master data maintenance and change management)
* Creation of cable drawings based on internal company standards
* Evaluation of technical and economic feasibility in close coordination with production departments, customers, and purchasing
* Preparation of pre- and post-calculations, variance analyses, and related corrective actions
* Development and implementation of cost- and production-optimized measures (utilizing automation potential)
* Handling of inquiries and preparation of competitive offer documentation
## Qualifications
* Completed education (HTL / University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
* Initial professional experience in a comparable position desired; leadership experience is an advantage
* CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD, Creo), ideally experience with SAP
