Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in project or program management within People / HR / organisational design contexts
- •Strong understanding of People programmes such as performance assessments, compensation, and career frameworks
- •Experience working in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
- •Ability to translate unclear problems into clear scopes, timelines, and outcomes
- •Hands-on experience running sprint-based delivery cycles and managing cross-functional dependencies
- •Experience designing and running user research to inform People initiatives
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across People, leadership, and managers
- •Highly proactive, outcome-oriented, and confident pushing for decisions and prioritisation
- •Based in Berlin

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of People products and programs
- •Translate ambiguous People challenges into clearly scoped projects
- •Define objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- •Design and run user research programs to inform People initiatives
- •Own and operate 12-week delivery cycles, tracking progress
- •Partner with the People team, managers, senior leaders, and external partners
- •Develop and maintain clear project plans and documentation
- •Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers
- •Drive timely decisions and escalate issues as needed
- •Own delivery of selected People enablement initiatives
- •Build understanding of core People Ops processes
- •Support prioritization of People work for maximum impact
- •Ensure clarity, consistency, and strong adoption of projects
- •Continuously assess and communicate project impact and outcomes
