Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Education, Customer programs, Field support, Clinical Research
- •University degree or equivalent with expertise in Rhythm Management and EP
- •Strong customer focus
- •Problem solving orientation and detail focus
- •Strong integrity, adaptability, agility
- •Didactic, presentation and strong communication skills
- •Fluency in English, additional European language is a plus
- •Travel approximately 30%
- •Team player and collaboration attitude
- •Previous experience in pulsed field ablation or strong interest in PFA Science and Biophysics
- •Previous research experience in PFA or related topics at PhD level
- •EP, 3D mapping and PFA field support experience
- •Training, Teaching and Medical Education background
- •Experience in developing e-learning programmes and digital content
- •Generate and champion new ideas and approaches
- •Excellent planning and organizational skills

- •Plan and design EP Medical education programs
- •Develop and deliver education programs focused on PFA Science and Biophysics
- •Manage internal and customer education programs
- •Implement blended learning programs using remote, in-person, and e-learning methods
- •Optimize digital platforms and the Learning Management System (LMS) for curriculum delivery
- •Design, track, and improve e-learning initiatives
- •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and educational opinion leaders
- •Oversee vendor partnerships and resources for program execution
- •Manage budgets for cost-effectiveness and business impact
- •Define and track program metrics to evaluate impact
- •Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements
- •Develop a personal professional growth plan with a supervisor
- •Promote compliance with quality and regulatory commitments
- •Leverage organizational tools to enhance learning initiatives
- •Ensure consistency with Boston Scientific branding guidelines
