Anforderungen
- •B.S. degree in Occupational Health Safety, Industrial Hygiene, environmental sciences, engineering, or relevant field
- •Minimum 10 years EHS experience, including 5 years EHS management
- •Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety legal requirements
- •Demonstrated technical proficiency in managing complex environmental site investigation and remediation projects
- •Extensive background in hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident investigation
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills
- •Proven facilitation skills and ability to influence others
- •Fluent computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- •Ability to travel as needed up to 50%, including international travel
- •Experience in the automotive industry a plus

- •Develop and maintain EHS policy and standards
- •Manage internal EHS SharePoint site for global communication
- •Analyze EHS legal obligations and risks
- •Create initiatives and action plans for EHS compliance
- •Oversee internal EHS incident reporting system
- •Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- •Organize EHS conferences, workshops, and training
- •Manage ongoing EHS audit program for manufacturing locations
- •Negotiate with legal counsel on government agency violations
- •Identify, track, and report EHS metrics
- •Communicate EHS best practices and success stories
- •Manage site investigation and remediation projects
- •Oversee environmental consultants and legal counsel
- •Establish budgets and review expenditures for EHS
- •Manage financial estimates for environmental liabilities
- •Conduct EHS due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
- •Contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report
- •Prepare and submit annual CDP report on energy and emissions
- •Assist legal team with EPA information requests
- •Support evaluation of environmental claims for potential liability
- •Collaborate with finance and legal teams for bank financing
- •Support management systems for restricted substances and chemicals
- •Develop and adhere to the annual budget for Global EHS department
- •Directly manage two EHS professionals and external consultants
