- Drive design-in strategies with OEMs, suppliers, and key accounts to secure specifications for bonding technologies
- Manage project governance, KPIs, risk assessments, and escalations
- Ensure effective cross-functional communication for successful project execution
- Maintain visibility of the design-in and project pipeline with accurate CRM documentation
- Contribute to digital and automation programs to enhance customer implementation
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders in the automation ecosystem
- Increase automation fluency of the salesforce through targeted training and enablement
