Anforderungen

•MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
•8+ years of hands-on experience in electronic or electromechanical system design
•Strong system-level understanding of power electronics and electric drives
•Proven experience in requirements and system management
•Experience working with suppliers and external partners
•Hands-on experience with electronic measurement and validation tools
•Solid experience planning and executing product validation and certification activities
•Structured, analytical mindset for architectural trade-offs
•Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
•Proficiency in English; German is a plus

•Plan and document system-level verification and validation activities
•Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
