- •Conduct fault analysis for internal and external issues and supplier complaints
- •Identify improvement opportunities and define measures with process owners, development, purchasing, and work preparation
- •Implement process capability analyses and projects to enhance product quality
- •Define and introduce corrective measures for quality risks and problems in all production areas
- •Perform product audits upon submission
- •Inspect production processes
- •Document deviations in production
- •Collaborate in problem-solving efforts
- •Assist in processing customer complaints and create 8-D reports
- •Determine corrective measures with the team and monitor their implementation
- •Assemble and lead a task force to address deviations when necessary
- •Evaluate supplier complaints and collaborate on their resolution
- •Determine corrective measures with suppliers and monitor their implementation
- •Assemble and lead a task force to address supplier deviations if required
