Anforderungen
- •Vocational training or degree in experienced trade, technical, or industrial field
- •Qualification as Occupational Safety Specialist with several years of practical experience
- •Qualifications as Radiation Protection Officer and/or Environmental Officer, or interest in obtaining such qualifications
- •Team player with willingness to travel nationally and internationally

- •Ensure EHS compliance at the Mannheim site
- •Advise management and employees on occupational safety and environmental protection
- •Participate in project meetings on EHS topics
- •Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- •Contribute to management system documentation per ISO 45001
- •Conduct risk assessments and create operating instructions
- •Develop training materials and conduct EHS training for employees
- •Inspect workplaces and project sites, documenting findings
- •Serve as a contact for customers and supervisory authorities
- •Organize and chair ASA meetings, preparing minutes
