**ABOUT THE MISSION**
We’re looking for a **Performance Media Coordinator** to join our **eCommerce Marketing team**, based at our European HQ in Geneva, on a **9-month maternity cover contract**.
Our team is responsible for driving traffic and conversion across **20 websites** in Europe for both the **Columbia** and **SOREL** brands. We work closely with media agencies, content production team, and brand marketing to craft data-driven campaigns that fuel growth across multiple markets.
You’ll be stepping in during the most exciting (and demanding!) time of the year — **Q4** — covering **Black Friday, Winter Sales**, Christmas campaigns, and new collection launches. Most of the planning will already be in place, so your focus will be to **bring these campaigns to life**, ensuring flawless execution, budget pacing, and performance monitoring across **Affiliate Marketing** and **Paid Social** channels.
You’ll be the **main point of contact for our agencies**, keeping campaigns on track and on target, while making sure every euro spent brings measurable results.
**HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE**
* Own the **execution and performance** of Affiliate & Paid Social campaigns across Europe, by ensuring clean tracking and handling of tech bugs as they come
* Coordinate closely with our specialist agencies — you’ll be their day-to-day contact and go-to person
* Make sure campaign plans are delivered smoothly during key moments like **Black Friday and Winter Sales**
* Support smarter, more mature Affiliate and Paid Social setups as our business evolves
* Brief the content team for affiliate campaign content production (visual & copywriting assets)
* Ensure we’re making the **most of every euro spent**, and staying within our media forecasts
* Support testing initiatives to improve results or uncover new growth levers
* Analyze several performance KPIs, and run weekly & post campaigns reporting, including key insights & recommendations to improve ROAS
**YOU ARE**
* **Curious and business-minded** — you love asking “how can this perform better?”
* **Organized and resourceful**, with a talent for keeping projects and stakeholders aligned
* Someone who enjoys working with agencies and knows how to get the best from them
* A confident communicator who can build trust across teams and relay performance insights clearly
* **Comfortable with numbers** — you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you know your way around KPIs and dashboards
**YOU HAVE**
* Hands-on experience in **performance marketing for eCommerce**, ideally with Affiliate and/or Paid Social campaigns
* A solid grasp of key acquisition metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate...)
* Experience working with or within **media agencies** and managing external partners
* Strong analytical skills — you know how to read a campaign report and spot both wins and red flags
* Fluency in English and confidence working in an **international environment**
