Anforderungen

•Proven experience in digital merchandising, CRO, or digital product optimization
•Degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics, E-commerce, Computer Science, or related field
•Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication
•Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets
•Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodology
•Interest and experience in leveraging AI technologies in e-commerce
•Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, Optimizely, Blueconic, Bloomreach
•Excellent communication and collaborative skills
•Ability to develop and manage relationships with departments and vendors
•Experience working in a global company with international colleagues
•Experience with UX Design and familiarity with user research best practices

•Deliver actionable user journey insights
•Identify friction points using quantitative and qualitative analytics
•Uncover opportunities for performance uplift across digital touchpoints
•Drive personalisation strategies through segmentation and behavioral targeting
•Implement dynamic content to improve relevance and engagement
•Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
•Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product Content, Trading, and Technology teams
•Develop and deliver testing reports to track programme performance
•Communicate learnings and quantify business impact of CRO projects
