- •Completed training in e-commerce, marketing, or business development
- •At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central, ideally insights into Vendor model
- •In-depth understanding of e-commerce processes in Amazon environment
- •Knowledge of system architectures (e.g., SAP, middleware, APIs)
- •Initial experience with Amazon tools like Pacvue, Helium10, or Amalytix
- •Fluent in German and English
- •Self-organized, structured, and analytical working style
- •Teamwork, communication skills, and high solution orientation
- •At least 3 years of experience working with Amazon, ideally with hybrid 1P/3P model
- •Experience in scaling international companies in matrix organizations
- •In-depth experience in managing e-commerce processes focused on Amazon
- •Project experience in scaling and optimizing sales channels
- •Knowledge of system architectures (SAP, APIs, middleware)
- •In-depth knowledge of B2B retail and D2C sales process
- •Knowledge of working with Amazon and operational topics like fulfillment, pricing, data maintenance
- •Fluent in German and English
- •Self-organized, structured, and analytical working style
- •Enjoyment of working with teams and external partners
- •Strong negotiation and communication skills
- •Flexibility and solution development in changing situations

- •Ensure smooth order processing in collaboration with internal teams
- •Monitor and analyze KPIs and SLAs to enhance account performance
- •Process orders and resolve issues to optimize operational workflows
- •Analyze trend and sales data at SKU and category levels
- •Evaluate the impact of pricing and promotional strategies
- •Plan sales promotions and manage product availability
- •Create monthly volume forecasts for sales and inventory
- •Organize and maintain master data and manage listing processes
- •Coordinate cross-market product launches and optimize content
- •Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
- •Support international projects focused on Amazon sales channels
