- •Enrollment in university program in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- •Affinity for and basic experience in logistics, preferably in e-commerce
- •Affinity for and basic experience in project management and stakeholder management
- •Effective communication skills, high resilience, and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- •Ability to prioritize and deliver on a high number of tasks with varying workloads
- •Creativity and attention to detail
- •Fluency in English; knowledge of German is beneficial

- •Monitor daily customer order and return fulfillment KPIs
- •Support continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL warehouse operations
- •Assist in supervising the 3PL cost budget in specific business areas
- •Create performance reports on operational processes and KPIs
- •Facilitate communication with customer representatives and external service providers
- •Evaluate inbound supplier delivery compliance and Value Added Services for deviations
- •Monitor inbound claims related to data transfer issues and coordinate with the Tech department
- •Assist the Transport Manager with logistical questions about click & collect deliveries and returns
