From managing third-party logistics partners to driving operational excellence and supporting commercial initiatives, you’ll be at the heart of our digital fulfillment journey. * Daily collaboration with our DCs, including long-term capacity planning and performance optimization.
* Supporting commercial teams by driving operational improvements and fostering transparency across processes.
* Preparing and analyzing key performance indicators, and sharing insights with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
* Working closely with eCommerce sales teams across Europe to align logistics with market needs.
* Collaborating with demand planning to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels at our eCom distribution centers.
* Ensuring inventory accuracy at DCs and executing internal control frameworks.
* Coordinating promotional activities and supporting key sales events such as Black Friday and Christmas in close partnership with our DCs.
* Leading initiatives to improve data transparency and analytics, contributing to our digital maturity journey.
* Partnering with local, regional, and global teams to identify and implement continuous improvements.
* Acting as the main point of contact for all topics related to our fulfillment service provider.

* Proficiency with ERP systems such as AX, SAP, or similar platforms is highly desirable

* Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies is a strong advantage
