# E-Commerce Key Account Manager **Germany - Cologne Office** | **Full time** ## About the role We’re seeking a results-oriented **E-Commerce Key Account Manager** to grow and optimize our third-party eCommerce business across the German market. This position is perfect for someone skilled at building and managing relationships with key external partners - such as retail pure play partners – who can drive meaningful business results through negotiation, strategic planning, analysis, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Trading Strategy:** * Support the creation and execution of trading strategies tailored to the German eCommerce landscape, aligned with company goals and financial targets. * Monitor overall performance and adapt strategies as needed to achieve objectives. **2. Sales Growth and Optimization:** * Take ownership of sales campaigns and pricing initiatives, optimizing them to drive online revenue growth through third-party channels in Germany. * Leverage sales data, customer insights, and site analytics to identify and exploit opportunities for further growth. * Build and implement robust eCommerce trading plans addressing the specific needs of the German market with a focus on third-party collaborations. **3. External Partnerships & Negotiation:** * Develop and manage strong relationships with key third-party eCommerce partners throughout Germany, driving joint business opportunities and supporting mutual growth. * Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, promotional activities, and business opportunities to maximize value for both parties. * Align on product visibility, marketing initiatives, and revenue goals. * Ensure clear and effective communication and data sharing with external collaborators to optimize performance. **4. Retail Media:** * Plan and execute retail media activities in collaboration with retail partners, optimizing advertising investments across external platforms. * Leverage digital retail media solutions to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales. * Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for further enhancement in partnership with key stakeholders. **5. Forecasting and Stock Management:** * Work closely with supply chain teams and coordinate with external parties to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability to meet demand. * Support demand planning by utilizing both internal insights and input from partners. **6.
