**YOUR DOUBLE INTERNSHIP**
Are you eager to lead exciting projects and have a meaningful impact with your ideas? Are you interested in shaping retailer partnerships to grow our mutual business, or developing the vision & strategy behind our brands? Our dual internships, focusing on Sales and Brand Management/Marketing, offer the opportunity to do just that!
If you are interested in launching your career as a future business leader, our double Sales & Brand Management/Marketing internship is for you. You will complete an internship comprising a full set of projects in each of our Sales and Marketing functions, each lasting between 3 and 6 months (depending on your choice of total internship duration).
Our internships are suitable for students seeking a gap year between Bachelors & Masters, or within your current degree program.
**In Marketing**, you might join a project in one of three teams: our Commercial Operations team for a particular brand or category, our Brand Operations team with responsibilities for many categories on a specific marketing touch point, or a Sales team developing marketing plans across categories for a specific retailer.
**In Sales**, you could be working in one of three teams: Key Account Management, Market Strategy Management, or Category Management. Your projects would include understanding and analysing the business drivers that are important to us and our retailers, creating recommendations, or even working on the launch of new products with our retail partners!
From Day 1, you will receive your own projects to contribute to the team and business that you are working in. Through these you gain insight into how we work and what we do in P&G – and can start to shape your career in our commercial organisation, as we offer full-time employment at the end of studies for all interns who have successfully delivered their projects.
This internship is perfect for you if you are interested to explore both the consumer and retailer side of our business, or would like to use the opportunity to learn in multiple areas before starting a more specialised full-time career. **Job Qualifications**
**YOUR PROFILE**
* You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.
* **You are available for a duration of 6-12 months.**
* You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for applying your capabilities to real-world business problems.
* You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct.
* You are familiar with the DACH market and its retail & consumer landscape.
* You can speak and write proficiently in **English and German (B2)**.
* Short work experience, or internships and studies abroad, are considered as a plus.
