Anforderungen

•Bachelor or master student with minimum 2 semesters completed
•Availability for 6-12 months
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to make complex decisions using data and instinct
•Familiarity with DACH market and retail & consumer landscape
•Proficient in English and German (B2)
•Short work experience, internships, or studies abroad as a plus

•Work with the Brand Operations team on marketing touch points
•Develop marketing plans for specific retailers
•Analyze business drivers for retailers
•Create recommendations based on analysis
•Assist in launching new products with retail partners
•Contribute to team projects from Day 1
•Gain insight into P&G's operations
•Explore both consumer and retailer sides of the business
