- •Experience in Security Operations or presales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments
- •Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes
- •Client-centric approach and problem-solving skills
- •Scripting experience, Python preferred
- •Proficiency in German and English

- •Define technical solutions for customer business imperatives
- •Evangelize industry-leading solutions in Security Intelligence and Automation
- •Collaborate with account teams to develop customer solutions
- •Present as an expert to all levels of customer hierarchy
- •Lead customer demonstrations showcasing unique value propositions
- •Scope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers
- •Drive high technical validation and PoV win rates
- •Architect solutions to strengthen customer security posture
- •Accelerate technical validation of proposed solutions
- •Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases for implementation
- •Assist customers in building services around Cortex solutions
- •Lead discussions on industry trends and security landscape changes
- •Discuss competitive offers and position ours as the best alternative
- •Assist account solutions consultants with RFIs/RFPs
- •Serve as the main technical point of contact for Cortex
- •Position services for proper implementation and value realization
