- •Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases.
- •Help customers develop services around Prisma Cloud.
- •Lead discussions on industry trends and security changes.
- •Discuss competitive offers and position ours effectively.
- •Position services for proper implementation of solutions.
- •Initiate projects to enhance team performance.
- •Implement organizational policies and support adoption.
- •Convey customer feedback to Product Management and R&D.
