Deine Aufgaben

  • •Check call-offs from customers and reconcile as needed
  • •Break down call-offs into various purchased parts
  • •Optimize stock levels considering ranges and availability
  • •Procure and schedule purchased parts and auxiliary materials
  • •Ensure delivery capability and monitor production material availability
  • •Plan, organize, and monitor delivery transport of scheduled parts
  • •Address discrepancies and escalate when necessary
  • •Organize and conduct regular inventories
  • •Edit supplier and parts master data in SAP
  • •Manage changes, including discontinuation of old stock and disposition of new stock
  • •Verify freight invoices for deliveries
