Anforderungen

  • MBA or university degree
  • Minimum 7-8 years in key/strategic account management for FMCG or major outdoor brands
  • Deep knowledge of European lifestyle, shoe trade, and sporting goods/outdoor industry
  • Strong prior knowledge of key industry agents in the EMEA market
  • Ability to create good relationships with countries and key accounts
  • High energy, goal-oriented, and driven individual
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
  • English speaking and writing; extra languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills for KPI, turnover, stock, and product forecast reports

  • Lead and manage key account relationships across EMEA

  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with key accounts
  • Align regional strategies with global go-to-market plans
  • Implement business review processes for sustainable partnerships
  • Oversee the EMEA sales process and local sales teams
  • Manage account profitability within budget parameters
  • Segment key accounts with tailored brand strategies
  • Create commercial terms and conditions for strategic accounts
  • Ensure efficient sales operations and reorder management
  • Coordinate sales programs and account initiatives
  • Provide sales feedback to product teams for marketplace rollouts
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising for achievable GTM plans
  • Identify effective sell-through programs and activation initiatives
  • Monitor business progress through seasonal order tracking
  • Negotiate commercial service level agreements with partners
  • Elevate sales team professionalism in account management
  • Prioritize strategic accounts with sales managers and support teams
  • Participate in projects as needed
  • Meet weekly with head of Wholesale & Business Development
