Anforderungen
- •Advanced degree in life science, engineering, or equivalent
- •Fluency in English
- •Minimum of 2-3 years of directly related experience as functional project leader or relevant experience as Associate TPL or equivalent
- •Strong scientific/technical knowledge and understanding of technical development tasks for Small Molecules or Biologics
- •Fundamental knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
- •Solid cross-functional knowledge regarding drug development
- •Completion of basic project management training

- •Establish technical development plans based on project priorities

- •Participate in leadership discussions and boards
- •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- •Analyze issues and propose optimal solutions
- •Share industry knowledge with the CMC community
- •Contribute to Global Project Team initiatives
- •Lead development discussions for assets
- •Manage teams and stakeholders effectively
- •Propose sound strategies and share lessons learned
- •Anticipate setbacks and maintain control
- •Exhibit servant leadership and mentor junior team members
- •Lead CMC team meetings and track actions
- •Communicate CMC topics between teams and boards
- •Set CMC team objectives aligned with project goals
- •Adjust communication based on audience needs
- •Oversee financial resources and budget accountability
- •Take responsibility for team outcomes and successes
